Some of you may remember Elvis. He is my first rescue that I got about 3 years ago. He is about 13 yrs old now. His medical history isn't pretty and now it is worse. The rescue neutered him when he was 9. He also had teeth pulled at that time. Since that time we have discovered that he has bad disks and arthritis, thyroid problem, sensitive stomach and now his kidneys.
He takes deramax, sometimes Tramadol when his back hurts, thyroxine, pepcid and now azodyl. He is on a special diet of Hills Prescription a/d forumula.
He is on a low protein diet. Does anyone know of low protein treats?
