CLOSED: CLOSED: CLOSED: Need help in Id'g another Hawk

Clinton, MD(Zone 7a)

I took this picture on my 1st trip out with the new camera and lens. I'd forgotten about this picture because it was not a well exposed (very dark) picture when take but I was able to do a little work with it in PSE7 and get a decent exposure. Hopefully it's enough to id. This looks like the same Hawk in my other ID thread.

Thanks
Al

It looks like a young bird to me but not sure which hawk it is, maybe a Goshawk? http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=northern+goshawk&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=X&oi=image_result_group&resnum=1&ct=title

Birds of Marylang, scroll down to Eagles and Hawks: http://baltimorebirdclub.org/mdlist.html

can't see the face real well but another possiblity, the rough-legged hawk: http://ridgefieldbirds.com/Images07Dec/ridgefield_NWR_rough-legged_hawk_head_12-31-07.jpg

As you can see ... I'm just guessing.

Northumberland, United Kingdom(Zone 9a)

Red-shouldered Hawk - note the wing feathers black with white spots, and the tail black with white bands.
