I don't know what I was thinking. Went on a cheese kick over the holidays. The brie was horrid but I ate it. I have Blue Cheese left. I liked it in dressing, but alone as a cheese? Yuck!!

Any easy things I can do with it to make it more palatable? otherwise, the dogs will be enjoying it.
