Looking for Canadian source for "Happy Child" Rose

Hi!

I am a Canuck currently living in Massachusetts. My eldest daughter is pregnant with her first child and our first grandchild.

She lives in Victoria, BC. Recently, I have been sending Rosa 'Happy Child' to newborn babies. And I want to send one for this baby too. It is a David Austin rose, yellow and very fragrant.

I contacted Heirloom Roses in Oregon, where I normally order roses, but they don't ship to Canada.

Any ideas where I might to to order this rose from a Canadian nursery? The picture is from Plant Files.

Looks like Hortico offers it, but I am a little hesitant to recommend them. Most of the roses I ordered from them last year were great, but I did have an issue with one. You can check the whatchdog for more info on hortico.
