Canned Salmon.

springfield area, MO(Zone 5b)

How to use canned salmon?
I have a can thanks to an impulse purchase and now I don't have the slightest idea what to do with it.
:)
Also on the can it says product of USA (wild caught Alaska) and that is approved by the marine stewardship council. I always buy tuna that says 'dolphin safe' or something similar. LOL do they have dolphin in Alaska? well, it doesn't say dolphin safe? Showing my ignorance here !

So can I make a loaf kind of thing and bake it?
I have made patties and fried them before using mackerel. But I really don't know about the salmon or the fat !
