I sat for about an hour trying to catch a decent shot of this little thing. Always on the move, real tough to snap a shot of it.
Thanks,
Chris
CLOSED: name this one please
Looks like a Yellow Warbler.
Posted on the other thread (BW forum) - I think this is a very bright Orange-crowned Warbler. It has a dark line through the eye, which Orange-crowned has, but Yellow doesn't; also Orange-crowned winters in Texas, but Yellow doesn't.

Pretty bird! Looks like the Orange-Crowned Warbler to me also: http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=orange+crowned+warbler&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=X&oi=image_result_group&resnum=1&ct=title
Ah, if the photo was taken recently than Orange-crowned makes much more sense.
