The color on MM this time of year for me is the closest to red that you're going to get. Perfectly shaped blooms come in abundance several times a year. A personal favorite!

It's pale during the cooler weather. The temps here have been in the 80's, hence the dark coloration.

Lovely color on your Mountain Magic. My MM is blooming in the greenhouse, but the color is a pale pink.
Betty you should post a picture. Many people are interested in the variations that can come about with the warm and cold weather.
Mine's blooming too but not as dark due to our cooler night temps. Yours is very pretty!
