CLOSED: Need Help With Bird

Hi,

While we were on Vacation on the West Coast of FL in the Winter of 2006, we took pics of lots of birds and I need to know about the ID of this one. I would like to add it to the Bird Files.

I agree - the green facial skin and the feathery plumes indicate that its in breeding plumage
