Woke this morning to find that Santa delivered an Eastern Bluebird couple for Christmas.

I had a little female land in the tree ..I didn't have the camera handy before she left. I thought it was the PERFECT Christmas gift.

I would love to share but can't find them now. We were in a state of shock when we saw them. I had to call my brother (he is a real birder and was somewhat jealous) who lives just a couple miles from here and he said," I didn't have time to send you a card so I sent you a couple Blue birds instead."

That is a wonderful Christmas present...maybe they will return. They are such sweet and beautiful birds...congratulations on the visit.
