OK, now - I wasn't ever going to admit this - but....since I didn't get too many jabs over the squash escapade......here it goes.
Somewhere my DH got it stuck in his head to deep fry - in the turkey fryer outside - a beef roast.
I only get one hit when I search on this. I've just rubbed em with kosher salt, pepper and ground some dried rosemary.
Has anyone ever done this?
Are we going to be hungry tomorrow?
I've got some chicken I'm injecting to be cooked prior - just in case - but I'm guessing he's burnt out on turkey. This just doesn't look so good.
