Last year someone posted something that it seemed everyone knew about but me. They were such a hit, and almost sinfully easy, that they have saved me some time consuming recipes people seem to like less. Its the rolo pretzel.
mini pretzels
1 rolo on top of each
heat at 250 for 5 ish minutes
press a pecan into candy while hot
I do on parchment paper or you will have a mess, boy can those little devils slide on it tho, be careful
If you have good pecans...very tasty I do say
Thanks to whomever put that up last year. So fast and no mess. The longest part is unwrapping the rolos.
