Hubby is on the DMZ of Korea, as far north as you can get. He has a bird that he tosses food to that acts like a crow, but it has a white body and black wings. I've gotten lost trying to identify it for him. Is it a crow or a magpie?

Oh, Thanks Resin. He did say that they had some white on the nape of the neck. It could be these too!
