so.........I got antsy and sewed my lemon seed grass mid-Nov under light on a heat mat. It looks I got 100% germination. Do they look big enough(compared to my fat finger) to transplant to small cell plug tray? My first experience w/ lemon grass so I have no idea how fast they grow.

ARe you planting clumps? These actually do better in clumps I believe. I also think I would let them get a bit larger before disturbing the root system.
yes...thought I'd put 3 to a clump. I'll give them a little longer.
Nice crop bigred. I think clumps too.
I was surprised how fast it came up and grew to that size pretty qick. my first time to deal w/ lemon grass...whoops,I fibbed..I did one time try to start a cutting.
