2 questions here...first one, does anyone have a secret tamale recipe they would share with me? I guess I mean the meat sauce since I've done tamales before and don't need recipe for the masa, I just buy it.
Secondly, if I were to steam them in a pressure cooker, how long would I steam them for? I have a small pressure cooker and can probably fit a dozen or so in at a time...
