Spinach Dip

1 box frozen chopped spinach
16 oz sour cream
1 c mayonnaise
1 pkg Knorr dry vegetable soup mix

Thaw spinach and drain well. Mix altogether. Chill 2 to 3 hours before serving.
Best served with crackers.
I like to add chopped green onion and fine chopped celery to mine.

Even people that don't like spinach may like this dip. I served it at a party once, and everyone raved about it, several couldn't believe it had spinach in it. Some people probably don't know what spinach tastes like anyway, they just *think* they don't like it!
