ok i need to know what chocolate you all use to dip your candy in like peanutbutter balls and coconut balls and pretzels,etc?
do you use semi-sweet chocolate chips and if so do you use parfin was in it to thin it down?
do you use milk chocolate chips and if so do you use anything to this it down and help would be appriciated
the reason i am asking is ,i used milk chocolate chips to dip my balls in and i had to add milk to it to thin it down even after i added a half bar of paraffin wax to it and more and it would taste waxy not chocolaty and help would be appricaited would love to hear what everyone else does and thxs for helping
