Need candy and/or cookie ideas using dried cranberries

or dried cherries. I'm making all the usual fudge, sugar cookies, jam cake, chocolate chip cookies, almond butter crunch, etc. I just want something different and with color and thought either of the above dried fruits would add that splash of color I'm looking for. Any ideas?
