Prime rib question

I am going to host a prime rib dinner for family on Dec. 29th. W/ prime r. going for $4.99 lb now I am going to p/u. If I purchase it on the 19th will it be OK in refrigerator or should I freeze for part of the time? 2 roasts 5 rib approx.. Thank you.
