Hello all!
I am looking for an old fashion jam cake. My mother made the best and I'm trying to find a duplicate. My sister lost Mom's recipe. I made one for Thanksgiving, but knew something was wrong when I saw the batter. Mom's was very dark and mine was lighter in color. It tasted great, but not like Mom's. I want the full type. Real butter and all!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
