The bird was a great distance away so the pic is not that great. I had to crop it. I think its a Brown Thrasher but need confirmation or correction.

Hermit Thrush.

Smaller and shorter-tailed than a thrasher.

Hey Nanny I just happened to catch something out the corner of my eye when I looking up and shooting a Woodpecker and decided to get a picture. From a distant I knew it was something I'd never seen before so I took the picture.
