cheese straws

I have been searching this afternoon for a recipe for chees straws. The ones I find seem to have only 3 out of five stars. I found one from Paula Dean, but it only got 4 stars. It has such simple and few ingredients, I was wondering how you make a 5 star cheese straw. I wanted to make for someone I remember eating them years ago, I dont really eat cheese, so I need to know what Im looking for in a good 'straw'
