Cold weather pet heater/warmer?

It is going to get really cold here and our dd's kitty might need more heat. She is an outdoor cat, (she has ruined too many things to be left in house)and has a soft bed inside the storage hut but there are no longer doors on this old thing. 17 degrees @ night predicted. Is there anything out there that is cordless?
