Pretty funny. I was watching Madam Stewart making chocolate thumbprint cookies yesterday and she was reciting the ingredients for the cookie. Said TWO tablespoons of salt......I thought I heard wrong...two tablespoons of salt for a batch of cookies....nuh uh...can't be right. Replayed it. Yup she said it. Just to be sure it wasn't my aging ears, I put the tv on mute, so I could READ the dialogue. Yup. She said TWO TABLESPOONS. Since I was tempted to make the cookies, I went to her website, and there they had the recipe printed, and it was two TEASPOONS of salt. Pity the poor soul who wrote down the recipe without checking the website.
Makes me feel a whole lot better about my Spritz I made yesterday, that look like little pancakes instead of cookies. Sigh.
