BocaBob,
Did you thin out your carrots and your beets? They look pretty crowded. Will they produce sizeable bulbs under the ground? LMK, cause mine look pretty much the same!

Wow! Looking great Bob!

Linda, Both the carrots and the beets have gotten the best of me. They are both growing in coco coir, so I'm hoping that they will grow and push the coir around and produce bulbs and roots big enough to enjoy. Next batch I'm going to make homemade seed tape to space the seed at planting.

Joy- thanks

Tplant- you are my inspiration

My carrots, onions, yellow and green squash are doing beautifully in the quarter wine barrels with the coir. Soon I will be planting two Chapman and two OSU tomatos in my standby coir EBs but I will be needing more coir for one of the EBs as I'm all out. Probably less than a week as I am feeling much better today and have not been tired at all and feeling like my old self. (LOL) Do mean old!

TPlant: We are getting tornadoes and lots of wind and rain up here where I am, I thought I had 15 strawberry plants for $3.75 right? Nope, wound up with 24 somehow. Got the EBs out and they are done, still in the house though, as I don't want to put them outside til all this wind dies down a little in about 3 days supposedly, then out back they go, with one to loan my sister. I put 6 plants per box of course. LOL
