Unfortunately I am not qualified to say yes or no.
We have 30 different types of Assassin Bugs here in Australia.

They sure do look like it to me though.
Yours are all brown.
Mine are jet Black with red abdomen.

They have a long head with a powerful proboscis for puncturing prey which can inflict a painful jab if they sting you.
