Initially thought mocking bird but seems to small and the beak seems to small also. So I think it's a Kinglet but not sure what kind. Need confirmation.

Yep, Eastern Phoebe. Unusual for it to be wintering so far north, it'll have difficulty surviving as I guess there can't be too many flies around now?

I don't remember seeing them in winter in that area, but the Cornell site shows them there year round, farther north than the Sibley guide:
