I think that's one of my favorite rhody's

Here we go again ... I'm not seeing the Rhododendron 'Night Editor' but rather the Philodendron from yesterday's bloom of the day! Every daily BOTD I click on gives me the Philo picture!

Same thing happened a week or so ago. :(

Don't worry, it's not just you! I see a philodendron now as well. But, it does say dec. 9th bloom of the day. The bloom of the day is usually changed the night before. So, depending on when you click on it, you might be looking at today's bloom of the day or tomorrow's bloom of the day. It's just coincidence that when you had done it, today and last week that it had already been changed to the next day and that the picture that day happened to be philodendron. So, when you click on Dave's link in his post up there, the picture for dec. 9th comes up. you can see the link for yesterday's picture, above that and to the right. click on it. when the new pic is up again, click yesterdays pic again. and You'll be there. If you like rhody's, it's well worth checking it out. that Rhody is one of my favorites!

However, there was one time when yahoo was having some issues in their programing and everytime I signed into yahoo for my email it came up as the same date. but the date that it came up as never changed, nor did any of the headlines, etc. it started on a march 12 and when by april 15th I was still looking at march 12th, but only for yahoo and no other web sites, I sent them an email explaining the problem and they had it fixed within a couple of days.

No, there's something going on. When I go to bloom.com and click on any day's bloom, no matter the date, I get the Philodendron picture. It happened once before, a week or so ago too. Someone suggested I try a different search engine, same thing. I tried from my laptop and desktop machines and same thing. I shut the computer down completely, rebooted and still the same.

I click on Dave's link above and it says bloom of the day Dec 9th and I get the philo picture. When I click on yesterday's bloom of the day I get the jasmine. It's funny because when it happened last time I think it was a Rhododendron too! Eventually it will work out and I will be able to view it.

sorry, I cross posted with you there. Ummm... you might try looking into the internal clock on your computer. Our systems at work had that issue and someone had to get into the "clock"on the computer and do a little reprograming. But, you might send a note to Dave here and explain the problem. With the yahoo thing. It was a problem on there end and not mine. I knew that because I tried it on several computers in different locations.
