Hi everyone: Let's build on the success of the other little kitten. There is kitten called Gizmo who is disabled with Cerebral Hypoplasia who lives in Saranac NY. His family need to find him a home, and they would like him to come to our Sanctuary here in the Mid-Hudson Valley. We are 4.5 hours apart, and our place has no funds to pay for a transporter. I cannot make the drive b/c of my responsibilities here. Are therre any DGer's in the Saranac area that might be headed towards the Berskshires or Hudson or even Albany in the next few days? We could either relay-transport, or if someone were coming direct, we could try and meet you somewhere along your route that might be near to us.
Cerebral Hypoplasia in cats does not mean they will not live a natural lifespan, and they often get better as they age. It makes the kittens learning-disabled and they fall down alot. So he needs a special home where he can be watched alot and have attention to his condition. WE NEED SOME HELP!!! Anyone?
