I just received this banana in a trade. I looked it up in the plant files, its listed but there is no info. I want to know: how tall does it get? are the fruits edible (if I get it to fruit)? and any other info anyone might have

I think it gets about 2' high, and can handle shade better than other bananas. I don't think it was bred to produce bananas-its the short size that the breeder was going for. I know that it is being used a lot as a ground cover in resorts in the Caribbean.
