Last year we purchased a truck load of dirt from this place that was tagged as Dallas Special Soil.
Composed of Lava Sand, Texas Green Sand and native hardwood mulch. It was like magic. Everything in our yard is huge. Only additive we used this past year was Epsom Salt.
They have several locations around the state. Home place is Houston where much of it is composted and mixed.
Highly recommend it.
