Bump swollen spot under tick bite? on dog

My German Shepard had an engorged tick on her head yesterday. The tick came off fine, but she had a pea-sized swollen bump on the spot. The whole tick came off. I put some human antibiotic on it yesterday and twice today so far. There's a small scabby spot. I rubbed on that with peroxide on a washcloth but it didn't open. I figure this isn't emergency level, but am I doing OK? or should I try to open it? or see the vet, no other symptoms. yet.
