I have a bumper crop of quince this year, and I'm looking for recipes. I don't have the time or energy to can, so jelly is out.

I've got a couple of things to try, but would love more! Has anyone ever made a quince bread recipe? How about quince cookies?

I have a batch cooking now, so I'm hoping for some DG inspiration---something I can give as holiday gifts would be fantastic!
