I could use a some venison recipes

I could use some venison recipes if anyone has some in their repertoire

Matt's friend shot a doe today. We're going to split it with him.
From what I was told, we will get mostly ground meat and stew meat.

I feel a little detached looking at the photo, but at least I looked.
The rule is - if you can't look at it, you shouldn't eat it
I looked - therefore I eat

He may buy another tag and see if he can snag another one... I hope he does, I would love to be able to replace most our beef eating with it.
