Help! Hyperactive Kitten

I have a sweet, loveable Sable Burmese 7 month old kitten that has 2 speeds. Fast & obnoxious or sleep & sweet. My other 4 adult cats have gotten to the point that they will hiss at her whenever she comes close to them, and then later, sometimes, they play with her or allow her to sleep with them. My house is wall to wall cat toys, paper balls, plastic straws, and catnip mice with a $200 cat tree thrown in for luck. She jumps up & falls behind the washer & dryer in the middle of the night at least 2 or 3 times a week and has to be rescued. She walks the railing above the stairway going down to the lower level of the house and has fallen straight down to the landing several times (14 steps down). Her latest "accomplishment" is to jump on the kitchen counter, then up to the top of the refrigerator and then up to the top of the kitchen cupboards, just under the 12 foot ceiling. She has been squirted with a water bottle so often that she has gotten to like it. I have had nothing but Persians for 35+ years (at one time 25 of them) but I have never had a cat this active. Then just about the time I am ready to absolutely strangle her, she comes and jumps on my lap, checks to see what I have been eating (naturally, this is immediately after she has also checked one of the other cats bottoms. Yuck!!), and purrs like a freight train. I can't stay mad at her, but she has the house in an uproar. There is no such thing as sleeping through the night anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions??? Do they make Ritalin for cats?
