Yellow leaves on Rose Mallow

Hi everyone!!
This is my first visit to the Hibiscus forum. Hopefully someone will be able to help me figure out why the leaves on my Rose Mallow are turning yellow, also it has been dropping a lot of buds before they get a chance to open. I have two of them , I believe they are the Lord Baltimore and I still have them in Pots as I wasn't quite sure where I wanted to plant them yet. Any ideas?

I'd check on your watering and make sure you're not watering them too much or too little, but it could be that it's just getting ready to go dormant for the winter. These hibiscus are herbaceous and die back for the winter even in a warm climate like yours.
