Fungus ? :(

I am really afraid this is a fungus on my H motoskei. I don't know what else it could be ??
It is a rooted cutting with only 4 leaves - has not done any growing for 1 year. Any tips on
what I can do to get it movin......... ??

It does look like fungus to me also. Living in a humid climate, I used to have a problem all the time with fungus during our summer rainy season. Now, almost every single plant I own is potted in a chunky, fast draining mix. I still keep a product called Garden Safe Fungicide on hand for when I do see the beginnings of a fungus infection. I buy it at Home Depot or Lowes but you can get it on line also.
