CLOSED: Northern Harrier Hawk?

Got this just a bit ago and am pretty it is a Northern Harrier.

Definitely not a Harrier. Looks more like a Cooper's Hawk.

Why do you think it's a Cooper's? The distinctive owl like face disk make it pretty easy to ID as a Harrier.

I'm thinking Cooper's too; sorry, but it's the wrong shape for a harrier - they perch with their body more horizontal, not erect. Also the large vertical spots on the breast don't fit a harrier, that has a plain orangey-brown (juvs) or finely streaked (adults) breast. Wrong habitat, too, harriers are prairie birds, they don't do trees ;-)
