I know it's not the best photo; but can someone tell me what this guy is? From the beak, I'm assuming it's some type of raptor. When I first spotted it, I saw the rust colored breast and thought it was a robin. It was a little larger than a robin; but a bit smaller than a white-winged dove. Whatever it is, it's a new bird for my list and I'd love to get an ID on it.
Thanks in advance for your expertise and help!
