CLOSED: Going through the archives...

Fox Island, WA(Zone 8b)

I found this picture from back in July. I never posted because I thought it may be impossible to ID from such a bad picture. I took it at Armand Bayou Nature Center which is southeast of Houston. My conclusion was that it was a juvenile something. Any ideas?

Edited to add: Now that I look at it longer, it is starting to look like a tufted titmouse...... I wonder if all of these are TT
