Jenny's Stonecrop, Crooked Yellow Sedum, Stone Orpine, Spruce-leaved Stonecrop,
Love its particular shade of green and the tidy growing habit of sedum and will look for this particular Sedum rupestre in Spring '09. Thanks for the jolt your photo gave me - I hope Crooked Yellow Sedum will be viable - as I begin necessary adjustments to my inevitable yet beguiling winter landscape! We have beautiful nurseries with loads of variety here in zone 5 and living close to zones 4 and 3, too, provides those satisfying fantasy visits May to Oct!
I hope it can survive for you in your zone 5. BRRRRRRRR LOL
It's hardy here in zone 3, so except for the possibility of excess winter wet, zone 5 shouldn't be a problem for it.
