Deb, I have Lemon mint that I have been trying to do away with. Would you want to trade some for Wintergreen? I have been wanting some for a long time. BEV

Hi Deb,
I have several "flavors" of mints that I can dig and send. They don't look like much this time of year but they grow fast and they're pretty indestructible. Check my tradelist. http://davesgarden.com/community/trading/list.php?member=Katlian
I might also have some corsican mint that's still alive but I'll have to check. It usually does not survive the winters here.

Thanks a million but I already have several of those and I don't think my daughter would care for the lime and pineapple. I would really love to find a berry, mojito, and something more like those.
Thanks for the offer, I do appreciate it!!

Debbie - please remind me come spring and I'll be happy to see what comes up...I know I have chocolate (sooo yummy)...I'll have to see when they pop up. FYI...the pineapple mint is actually one of my favorites...love that scent...reminds me of lifesavers...LOL

Dear:
The best for Mojitos or medicine to, is the Mexican peppermint or black mint.Is not black ,but the dark green color of the leave gave the name.We have for sale in our farm, but in this case ,if you want,we can gave you couple roots with leaves ,ready for plant in your garden. We recommended with this plant, put in a long pot or if is in the garden, try to control with some stones or blocks around the plant. She grow like crazy and from a little root,in about 10 month ,she can cover between 2 to 4 sq. ft. and keeping going. The essence is very strong and the flavor is unique. Is the same plant ,some companies made the extract for gums, candies ,toothpaste and liquors.

Hi Chantell,
Keep me in mind if you have any pineapple mint come spring. I have some "eau de cologne" mint I can trade when it gets large enough for cuttings.

Hey Jan!!! How've you been?? Just remind me please...you know my brain goes MIA w/o warning!! I was told they are hardy here so I would think it'll pop back up for me come spring - just matter of rubbing and sniffing to find it...LOL
