Sooooo NY is out of the question? jk. I hope you find a good home for him too. I know what its like to have to find homes for the roos after hatching. All my batches were Over 50% roos. :( I have a small area and cant have too many. Good Luck!

You might try Craigslist if you can't find anyone here... Good luck! I hope it works out for you.
thank you, i think we are going to try craigslist if we cant find anyone here. i wish i could deliver to NY buy it's a little too far.;)
I figured maybeeeee! Good luck finding the right person! :D
I live closer, but can't have a rooster. Had to get rid of my sweet little silkie/cochin cross rooster. Good luck!
Hey there fuzzychicken: I live in Ferndale Wa and I can guarantee you he will have a good home. Don't know if you want to travel this far, but I would love to have him, I just took in another Bantam rooster two weeks ago and he also fits right in. I agree with you the most important thing is to place them where they are well cared for. Maybe we could even meet half way. I can't drive at night or in the rain due to partial blindness from glaucoma so I'm somewhat limited. If you decide to make the trip I'll share the gas expense with you. Haystack.
Haystack I would love to get him up to you. Fuzzychicken and I need to get together and see when and if we want to meet or whatever. I would think it will be after the holiday... Maybe if we had a hen to go with him would you want one. My neice and I just would rather they go to great homes than just take them to the Enumclaw auction. I will get back to you and keep you updated. :)
Hi there Karbear 71: I would love to take in any of the unwanted guy's n girls. Lets face it this is not the time of year to add to the homeless. Really I have several different breeds, and, enjoy the variety. Keep me posted and HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU AND YOURS. Haystack.
