I need Beef Smoked Sausage help

I need some ideas on how to prepare beef smoked sausage (like kielbasa except made from beef) differently so my SE will eat it. Once I get past frying or boiling I'm out of ideas and she claims to not like it prepared either of those ways. Baking it mixed with pork & beans doesn't even help.

I'd be grateful for other ways to present the dish in hopes she will eat it. Then again, maybe there's nothing to be done. She won't eat hot dogs unless they are cooked over an open fire and there's a possibility of a hayride later. *grin*
