The first 3 blooms of this yellow double have opened and they are very consistent in shape, with good separation of flower. Try as I may, I am unable to capture the true shade of yellow as the flash insists on activating. Due to a cold I am unable to detect a fragrance. I am pleased with what I see... it is a keeper.

Swingtime
Definitely a keeper.
A piece of milk bottle - the opak one you can not see thru will defuse flash
Deffinately a keeper I would say...............James

Kylie
Swingtime is a looker! Love your photo.
I've just learned the name of this brug. is Angels Swingtime. It was sold to me as Swingtime but fortunately a gal on another brug. forum did some research and uncovered the error. BTW, she found Swingtime listed as a deep pink.

I missed your inquiry, Kylie. This plant came to me as a y'd cutting. The sun is shining, the sky is robin egg blue, but it is cold. Here's hoping you are enjoying warmer weather!
Tussee
I am sure it alot warmer here than there...LOL That is Beautiful.. NOW I want to see the Stained glass window in the shot. and your walls look to be very close to the same color as mine..LOL
Tussee, I questioned the seller about that one & specifically asked if it was Angels Swingtime. I was told no, it was just called Swingtime & was not the same. I didn't get it because of that & I did tell them the name was already taken. I figured they had just named it without checking to see if the name was already taken like the one that was called Rhapsody (& wasn't) that was on ebay & the person decided to call theirs that too.

If that came from Eddiedewayne then the cultivar is Angels Swingtime. It is sold as just Swingtime on ebay. I just spoke to him on the phone and he confirmed Angel Swingtime by Anne Kirchner-Able

What ever the name is.. it is a hit with me! I put this one on my "gotta have" list..
I purposely avoided naming the source of my mislabeled brug. as I believed it was an unintentional error, and I did not want to harm the dealer's reputation in any way. That is also my belief today and I will continue to purchase plants from Eddiedewayne when he advertises plants I cannot live without. :) I sell on ebay so I'm very aware of the need to always have a good faith-driven accountability with my customers.

Eddie is a really nice guy and if he says it is a specific cultivar, it is. He is a very reliable seller and has great stuff!
AMEN!!!!
Kylie
I hope you are feeling better, Miss Tussee. I love your brug. Very pretty and it matches the stain glass in the background. LOL! Is that in your new conservatory?
Have a great Thanksgiving!
I love Eddie. He is very reliable & sends out plants that are what they say they are. I have bought from him in the past & have always received nice healthy plants & plan on buying more from him in the future. I tried doing a search & can't find the old listing. I am sure it was not him.

Kylie & Kell, the stain glass in the picture is in my potting shed french doors. I had a very simple pattern made for them when I built the shed as they open onto the rose garden and I didn't want them to be a distraction. Poor solarium fr. door are plain glass. Kell, I seem to be doing fine - had my second foot operated on 3 weeks ago, and Thanksgiving day will be my first venture out. Thanks for asking. I'll be wearing 2 awesome booties so no one better mess with me! Lol.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Tussee
