Description
Spectacular dinner plate-like blooms (23cm/9in diameter) are produced in an impressive mixture of rich colours approximately 4½ months after sowing. Perfect for creating interest in borders, or grown in large pots on the patio or in a conservatory. Height: 50-80cm (20-32in).
Sowing Instructions
Soak the seed in luke-warm water for 1-2 hours before sowing the seeds onto the surface of a good, free- draining, damp, seed compost. Cover with 1.5mm (1/16in) of compost or vermiculite. Place in a propagator or seal container inside a polythene bag at a temperature of (75-80F) until after germination which usually takes 10-30 days. Do not exclude light as this helps germination.
