Fragrant & variegated gladiolas

Are there any fragrant gladiolas?
What about variegated foliage?

Gladiolus callianthus aka peacock glads are fragrant. There are some S. african varieties that are supposed to be fragrant too. I am drawing a blank on names at the moment but will come back when I can give some more suggestions.

Thank you,Marie.

Ok here are 3 I have in my notes
Gladiolus carinatus
Gladiolus gracilis
Gladiolus tristis
I can vouch for tristis as I grew it this past spring. Mine had not started showing itself that I can tell so I may have to start over again next spring.

Where did you find your's?

all 3 Marie mentioned are fragrant--any species glads are fragrant. My G tristis are up--so are most of the ones in the ground. odd year.
