Looks like a juvenile. I don't know where to begin to try and identify this one. Robin maybe (wild guess)

I think you could be right, Methodical, but I'm no expert. The stance of the bird looks right for a Robin. Nice pictures, too

Brown-headed Cowbird, female or immature.

Juvenile American Robins look like slightly spotty versions of the adults, otherwise the same; they also have a longer, less stout bill.
