What's your favorite thing to do with cauliflower?
I like it straight up and I have a killer pasta recipe.
Matt (DH) also uses it when he makes white lasagna.
I need some new recipes please.

Here is my Pasta recipe
Pasta with Cauliflower
1 pound penne pasta (or any pasta that can hold or cup sauce, shells etc)
1 medium cauliflower
1 large, sweet onion, chopped
1/2 cup large golden raisins, plumped in warm water
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 ounces anchovy fillets in oil (do not leave out the anchovy - you will be amazed at how good it is)
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Cut off the florets of cauliflower and set aside.
Cook the pasta to "al dente" (save about 2 cups of the pasta water)
In a large pan, saute and caramelize the minced onion with plenty of oil.
Add the chopped anchovies and dissolve it in the oil.
Add the raisins, the pine nuts, and the cauliflower and brown the mixture on a medium-high flame, stirring often.
Finally, add the pasta to the pan with enough of the pasta water to make a saucy coating.
Toss and serve with Parmesan cheese.
Do not salt until eating as the anchovies are probably salty enough.
If you have never tried anchovies I urge you to give this a go, the sweet of the raisins and the salt of the anchovies with the creamy mild cauliflower is totally delish.
