CLOSED: Bell's Vireo near Memphis TN? ID please

Collierville, TN(Zone 7b)

Is this a Bells Vireo? I took this photo on Nov 8th near Memphis TN. The bird is eating American Bittersweet berries, which are abundant at this time. My brother says their migrating at this time.

Any info on this would be appreciated.
Thanks
Rob S.

it's a good bet it is but can't see enough in pic to be positive. Need to see more of the eyes and bill, and full length of the tail

Originally I thought it was a mockingbird. But it's smaller than a mockingbird.

Feeding on abundant American Bittersweet on Nov 8th 2008.

I was about 7 yards away, so it let me get pretty close.

Bell's Vireo is very shy and it does look like a Mockingbird but bill looks to thin for either from what I see. Bill reminds me of a Ruby-crowned Kinglet. Hmmmmmm lets see what Resin says

Bell's Vireo has a solid, dark eye, unlike this bird. It doesn't really look like a Ruby-crowned Kinglet to me, and I don't think they'd eat fruit...
It is strange looking, but my guess is it's a mockingbird, especially looking at the second picture.

lol Claypa know it isn't a RC Kinglet just said bill reminds me of one. Looks long and thin to me in pic

It's a Mockingbird, living up to its name ;-)

Birds, like people, vary in size - think of a tall person next to a short person, they may look very different.

How about a flycatcher? I went thru my Peterson's one more time. It looks like one.

thanks,

PS: The bird is still eating those American Bittersweet berries as of today Nov 11.
