Sorry about the poor quality.
I was just curious to find out what is this bird. That way I know they are in the area and where to try and find them for a better photo.
Picture taken in Northern Virginia this past week around wetlands and close to a bay. There were three of them flying around together for a short time.
My guess is a yellowlegs or a Dowitcher.

Yellowlegs (dowitchers are fatter, less lanky, and browner-toned). Not enough detail visible to see if Greater or Lesser 'legs.
